A mass M = 1g of water at 20oC is forced through an insulated porous plug under a pressure of 104 atm into a lab where the pressure is 1 atm. Find the amount of water converted into steam. Assume that the density of water is constant, its specific heat is C = 1 cal/(g x oC), and the latent heat of evaporation is L = 540 cal/g. Here 1 cal = 4.18 J
